What is L-valine?

L-leucine, known chemically as α-monoamino hexanoic acid, was first isolated from cheese in 1819 Proust found. Later, Braconnot crystallized it from the acid hydrolysate of muscle and wool and named it Leucine. L-leucine is one of the eighteen common amino acids and one of the eight essential amino acids for human bodyL-valine is the white crystals or crystalline powder, fist slightly sweet taste then slightly bitter taste. Freely soluble in formic acid, soluble in water, practically insoluble in ethanol and ether. and it is an essential amino acid that is necessary for smooth nervous sysytem and cognitive function.
